Hello, I’m Lynn.
Since 2016, I have worked as a music therapist in various settings in Singapore, including children with special needs, adult mental health, rehabilitation, dementia and palliative care. In my professional and personal encounters, I have experienced how music can touch and hold space for us in deeply therapeutic and transformative ways.
At Gentle Paths, I offer music psychotherapy sessions combining elements from various music psychotherapy approaches and sandplay therapy. Within safe relational spaces, music can be a powerful tool. It acts as a container for our difficult emotions and deeply-held beliefs, allowing them to be slowly and gently witnessed, processed, and integrated.
My personal journey has allowed me to forge a deeper relationship with myself, and hence feel drawn to compassionately companion the inner journeys of deeply-feeling and highly-sensitive individuals.
I look forward to walking this gentle path together.
